We provide project management for grant-funded programs, strategic plans, new initiatives, and short-term projects. As project managers, we facilitate and organize the project, working collaboratively with clients to establish project timelines, interested parties, workflow, and budgets. We constantly re-evaluate the schedule and scope, prioritize critical deadlines, and facilitate the workflow’s essential management to support an organization’s mission. We edit and produce deliverables (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and identify new resources to gain efficiencies.
Health Resources in Action (HRiA), a national nonprofit committed to racial and health equity and community-centered approaches to public health improvement, has a long partnership with Pear Associates. Most recently, HRiA engaged Pear Associates to provide interim process management and enhanced business development support in response to HRiA's swift growth, staffing shifts, and capacity gaps.
