With over 20 years of professional experience, Keliane is highly skilled in planning, implementing, and evaluating community health programs. She has a proven track record of success in leading business development, fundraising, and communications functions for health-related organizations.

At Pear Associates, Keliane uses her skills to empower small and mid-size nonprofits that strive to improve the health of the communities they work with. With her guidance, organizations like Mass General Hospital’s Care for America’s Aging have been able to create innovative home care models that elevate and support the role of home health aides. Keliane is passionate about facilitating strategic planning, organizational assessments, and business development with clients such as Health Resources in Action, The National Center to Reframe Aging, Boston Housing Authority, New Hampshire Nurses Association, and Mass General Brigham Care for America’s Aging.

Keliane is a firm believer in the power of community engagement and collective impact. As a champion for healthy aging, she has been trained by the Reframing Aging Initiative. Over her career, Keliane facilitated community needs assessments that led to innovative and sustainable programming for fall reduction, chronic disease self-management skills, advanced care directives, caregiving education, and support groups and caregiver resources. In partnership with public housing and local healthcare systems, Keliane launched a community health worker program that improved people’s confidence in managing their chronic health conditions while reducing emergency department visits.

Keliane holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Plymouth State University and is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist. She lives in New Hampshire with her family and enjoys skiing, the ocean, and rooting for her kids’ teams, the Celtics, and the Patriots.
