As a project manager at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, she supported researchers in providing mental health outcomes for the State of Illinois’ child welfare programs.
Deborah began her grant writing career working with a variety of newly minted nonprofit organizations as well as larger, experienced organizations with finding necessary funding via grant proposals (both governmental and foundational), funder research, strategic planning, and developing corporate sponsorships. Over the years, Deborah has helped both for-profit and nonprofit organizations large and small tell their stories to the world so that they can be uniquely seen and valued by potential clients and funders.
