Caroline  has over two decades of experience helping organizations become more fruitful through project management and operational and fundraising support. Upon joining Pear Associates in 2019, Caroline helped grow the organization and establish the framework on which the company now thrives. As a consultant, Caroline collaborates with clients on logistic management, project planning, and leading projects to completion. Since joining Pear Associates, Caroline has supported engagements with Advocates, the New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority, the NH Department of Health and Human Services, the New Hampshire Council on Housing Stability, and YWCA Rochester and Monroe County. 

Before joining Pear Associates, Caroline focused on fundraising for mission-driven organizations by soliciting revenue and surpassing fundraising goals for organizations in her local community. Fueled by her passion for supporting growth and development, she joined Launchpad Venture Group, where she helped manage the largest angel investing group in the Northeast. Caroline worked for the top real estate agent in Massachusetts, ensuring that the business ran seamlessly across hundreds of transactions.  

Caroline received a BS from Skidmore College with a major in Business – Economics. She remains committed to her community through her local National Charity League chapter and lives in Wellesley, MA, with her three teenage daughters and dog, Izzy.
