Brittany Little

Marketing and Project Manager/Consultant

Brittany is a systems builder who transforms goals and visions into step-by-step digestible action plans to build momentum and implement change. Prior to joining Pear Associates in 2021, she worked with members of the Pear team in her role as the Preschool Development Grant Early Childhood Integration Specialist at the University of New Hampshire and the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services. Brittany also brings to Pear her experience as a social worker and direct service provider from her work with children and families at the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester.

In her role as a Consultant, Brittany specializes in offering clients a range of services, including project management, strategic planning, and prospect research. Notably, she has crafted accessible visuals encompassing services, demographics, timelines, and partnerships to aid decision-making for clients such as Granite United Way, Lowell Public Schools, and New England Justice for Our Neighbors. Brittany’s adept project management skills have not only enhanced efficiency but have also played a pivotal role in developing streamlined processes for Family, Youth & Community Engagement at ForHealth Consulting, FriendshipWorks, and Advocates. Collaborating with fellow Consultants, she has been instrumental in facilitating strategic planning and evaluation initiatives for organizations, including Lowell Public Schools, the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, and Granite United Way.

Apart from her client-focused projects, Brittany assumes responsibility for managing all marketing initiatives at Pear Associates. Within this capacity, she actively interacts with our online community, generates and disseminates content pertaining to the firm and our clients, establishes connections with partners to enhance the promotion of our services, and devises strategies to broaden our outreach. Her goal is to extend our impact, enabling more mission-driven organizations to thrive.

Brittany earned a master’s in social work from the University of New Hampshire, a bachelor’s in psychology from Colby-Sawyer College, and a graduate certificate in project management from Granite State College. When Brittany isn’t knee-deep in an Excel Spreadsheet or Canva graphic design software, she is usually outside mountain biking or hiking. She is also never too far from a cup of tea (she always recommends a hot London Fog). Brittany and her partner are excited to welcome their first dog into their family!
