Brittany Little

Consultant

Brittany is an integrator who brings together people, goals, and projects to improve outcomes and enhance systems. She joined the firm in 2021 after working with the Pear Associates team members in her prior role with the University of New Hampshire and the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services as the Early Childhood Integration Specialist under the Preschool Development Grant. Brittany also brings to Pear Associates experience as a direct service provider, working with children and families at The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester. 

Since joining Pear Associates, Brittany has worked with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services to project manage the creation of a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Outreach Plan. She has also conducted environmental scans and service maps for two strategic planning initiatives with Granite United Way, one for the Capital District and one for the Seacoast Region of New Hampshire. Also, she has provided ongoing project management for the Center for Child Wellbeing & Trauma, a newly launched initiative of Commonwealth Medicine, the consulting arm of the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. 

Brittany utilizes her expertise in project management, social work, data analysis, and program integration to help teams successfully implement complex system changes. She has proven her ability to see the big picture and zoom into immediate action steps. Additional skills include facilitation, research, relationship building, and strategic plan implementation.  

Brittany earned her master’s in social work from the University of New Hampshire, her bachelor’s in psychology from Colby-Sawyer College, and her graduate certificate in project management from Granite State College. Brittany is usually outside mountain biking, running, or hiking, and is never too far from a cup of tea.
