President and Founder, Alison Gray presented this important virtual workshop, Scenario Planning in Times of Uncertainty, at the Providers’ Council’s virtual 45th Annual Convention & Expo: SpeakUp4Equity. She provided strategies for scenario planning and featured Dr. Jennifer Childs-Roshak, MD, MBA, President and CEO of Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, who shared a case example of how scenario planning enabled her leadership team to adjust in times of change.
